My subscription ended. D: eeeeeesh. I miss it lol.

Sooo. I've been getting more and more into old cartoons that don't air anymore. Because...honestly if I watch one more Spongebob Squarepants episode I think I'm gonna shoot myself in the face.

I gota Ren & Stimpy DVD collection...and I think that has to be in my top 5 favorite cartoons ever. I noticed that the show has a lot of really interesting qualaties to it-for anyone who remembers, do you remember the psycho paint-splotch backgrounds? Also, John Kricfalusi is a god at drawing hands and facial expressions D: I think I'm gonna take his philosophy of varying faces as much as possible, and creating a wider range of emotions, because I noticed that I tend to draw the same faces ooover and ooover again, and as intense as they may be, they still get old.
So yeah. MAAAjor break of new inspiration there. Thank you John K.!

Beisdes that, things have just been going reeeeeally slow lately. I feel like it's going to be September forever. And it hasn't helped much that I haven't gotten much drawing done. I'm STILL working on Wolfgang's new outfit. I'm STILL working on watercolor paintings. And I'm STILL trying to find a new job.
Suckiness.
But maybe things will pick up soon. If I get a new job it'll make my life sooo much better because then I'll have money to finally get my tablet pen replaced, get new paint, new inking pens, new paintbrushes, etc. My art supplies are crap right now.

Aaaaand. What else...OH! A Comic Convention is comic to Tucson next month! FREE ADMISSION YEEEAAAH!!! I'm so saving my money for that. I wanna show some people my drawings when I go there.
